I don't get it.

Bing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

What I get is that Google has a great Map service, just as an example, while Bing doesn't even provide a link. And there's a good reason why... it's bad.

Don't know about you. I got my 64GB Surface RT with Type Cover 2 and a case with a $25 App card for $365 including tax. I'm definitely not complaining ;-)

I wouldn't buy a RT tablet. Science apps are not on Metro, without legacy apps I'd be better off with an iPad.

I found it bizarre that the icon a high end WP device doesn't have glance.

I found it bizarre that the icon a high end WP device doesn't have glance.

That's Verizon for you. In this case, it is an OK omission (to me) because they got most of the phone right...

Don't worry, if the leaks are true, Glance is coming to all 8.1 devices.

Personally, I'd rather the option to have Glance as an alternative option to the standard lock screen, especially if you don't use a password on your phone. For me it is annoying to have glance on, then go through the lock screen to then get into the phone...

Why, the only difference is that glance is on?

I set it for that hand waving thing. It's not super useful, but it's super cool ;-)

I think I'll get a Lumia 930 if it's any good anyway. But I shouldn't get it right away, it's a WP after all, prices will go down at least a 100 Swiss Francs during the first 2 months.
