That stuff is really dry. When I went to bartending school about 10 years ago, I was told to "show the bottle only" when making an extra dry martini.

It's not the same if that's what you mean.

It was interesting long ago. Then some uninteresting people came along. Then people left. Now, it sort of sits dead most of the time with intermediate bursts.
