Only thing there that's really interesting there is the Reno 2. I predict you'll be down to the Pixel and a S20 by memorial day.
The 7T is going to my brother once travel opens up again.

Reno 2 I don't know if there will be a buyer.

One S20 has to go for sure.

So we'll see if what you predicted happens by Memorial Day or not.

Ain't gonna make any predictions around Easter unlike you know who.

I predict that Mr. Clue will get on his tio for that Easter prediction.

Everyone should have a closet LG device. In my more wilder days I probably would have worked to move my V40 to make room for that Reno 2 as a capable backup for my Mate 20 Pro. As it stands, I got too many (photography stills) specialists in the stable.

I'm sure you'll flip it eventually...have seen you flip some stuff that couldn't be moved before.

Reno 2 is on the January 2020 patch. Apparently Oppo is making updates available on their India website to everyone. It's a really nice device.

So in my parallel universe I can relate. We recently moved about four miles from the neighborhoods of my last four residences and 35 years of my life. It’s the same area but I went from 1/4-1/2 acre suburban ranch style to semi-urban three story condominium. Add that nothing is setup, the wife and I are used to being together but we did this for our last two daughters for their high school years. Vertical space is not the same as horizontal space.

I’m laughing because now I feel all your pain of your move and your frustrations at the upheaval... laugh I say!!!! Laugh at me now.... thanks for reminding me, that all of us, regardless of location, politics, economic system and/or economic situation are experiencing similar life as we all seem to forget....

Laugh some more.... it’s free, no cost, as I climb these effing stairs, I’m doing a days cardio every freaking hour.....

I guess you'll get used to it. I grew up in a 3 flat house, and was living on an 8th floor with basically no lift last year.

Eat up while you can. LISP python some java and others are like the core for AI front end advancement. Even though you are in CAD (not sure of your profession) having insight or understanding of how things work beyond what you actually do that is in front of you pays dividends in the end.
I guess you're right. It's nice to have a backup plan, since I'd really rather work in my field than SE, which again, isn't that far away, but still.

I just turned 50 so how much time do I really have left? It seems all this is doing is hurtling me towards having a lunch appointment with the Grim Reaper. Thank goodness for social distancing temporarily I hope. Can’t win either way. Solitude above ground or below ground..... Argh!!!!!

It is a huge wake up call for many. Tragic in many ways, am wondering how it will be next flu season....

Additional to the lack of preparation done many individuals took misinformation or misinformed themselves and in some ways either paid with their own life or in other ways will cost other's theirs. It is a bit surreal too, but it is how we perceive, yet also how we bounce back for round 2. Thanks for sharing.

It too allows you to have a bigger picture. I work in IT so this is easy for me to say or do. I would love to get formal code/prgramming lessons, but I do not have time nor money etc. I know mostly VB, some c, python, and a touch of others. Mostly today I do a lot of scripting on the fly for database work or system admin work. Several or more years ago I did a lot of vb when managing a sharepoint site. Point being knowing all this together along with all my other background helps me solve problems a lot faster than an average tech who might only know 1 or 2 things really well. The extent of my CAD design is using trimble sw (ie sketchup) but I mainly use it for personal use for speaker enclosures etc and love what it can do. I am not certain what you will really need LISP or VB for in your work or even mysql (another great thing to learn or pickup) but I bet you be glad you have it in your tool box later on.

Not as huge a wake up as you think. Lots of people are still asleep.
