I guess social distancing is a nice way for a quiet time for reflection on what really matters

While it should be, most people won't do that. More like "survive and advance".

Let's do a poll and vote for what I'm getting as the new work phone (smwi sarcasm alert). Choices are:

1) iPhone 8
2) iPhone 7
3) Another 6S
4) More Mi 9 action as the replacement wasn't ready
5) iPhone 10 R
6) Other (humor me with something)

I know what my vote is...

Since they stopped making 7s, I think you'll get the 8.

To be able to do social distancing and stay home, its fortunate most of us can do that and it's a privilege.... there are many people are unable to do both because of circumstances and poverty.
We have good samaritans distributing food, and basic protections like masks to the homeless, the poor... there was a company here giving away a 1000 dressed chickens to the surrounding villages. Its good to see people helping each other.

So, it would have been a nice day to duck into work and do what needs to be done. Thanks to the MTA bleeding cash, they've decided to run fewer trains. What could happen?

It feels like regular rush hour crowd wise. Well, not quite. Feels like the tail end of regular rush hour. Which still means too many people. This was always going to be the most risky part of today.

Oh well, dive in and get through it.

Being at home much more now I've been trying different projects out at home. Been testing my skill and learning to use epoxy resin. In this instance I'm just filling voids inside a speaker enclosure I modified. Using dye etc learning... First time I performed this two weeks ago I mixed it incorrectly. This time around I think I got it right.

Saw a video of a guy making guitars out of these. It's really satisfying to watch.

Mi Note 10 Pro? It does have a huge 5260 mAh battery and a silly 108MP camera.

Just got back from the town, haven't left home in at least a week or so. It's definitely different, it feels like a ghost town honestly. You can only find people in the grocery store. Which is good, I guess.

Finnished my CAD assignment in VBA. It was ALOT easier than the LISP one. Maybe it's because of the syntax, which is quite weird in LISP (I'm used to C/C++). Anyway, I won't be bothering Rue, at least for now.

10 R. If you wear gloves a lot, FaceID has its place.

If you really want to f*** with the brass I’ll loan you my Torch 9810.

I don't think it is. This time is crazy and a lot of concerts have been postponed or cancelled. We all want them to pull through, since not only are they human, they provide art to us.

This will prove whether The Rolling Stones are still alive or Memorex if you can appreciate my play on the old advertising words.
