UK phone insurance - recommendations

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a decent phone insurance company that doesn't cause too much hassle when making a claim and is not too expensive?

Which companies should I avoid?

Try either your bank account (most do a Gold or Premium account for around ?10-12. Also it might be better to check out some home insurance rather than dedicated mobile insurance. I pay ?13 a month for my Barclays home insurance and it includes mobile phone.
