Sunday Evening - Kabobs on the grill with beef, green pepper, white onion carrots and potato. I sprinkle celery salt on them and then baste them with soy sauce and olive oil. I think this is Guytronic's favorite.

Monday Lunch - Found a small French sandwich shop next to the building I was working in today called, "Pret A Manger" which means "ready to eat". I had a roast beef and cheese baguette.

'Prets' or 'Pret', as we call them, are all over the place in London. They are just starting to leave the London area. We have one on our town centre that just opened about two years ago. You can also find them at some London airports and I think some other EU countries. They're great for a quick bite to eat. The coffee is good too.
