Thursday lunch - Grilled vegetable and veggie burger wrap. Oscar the chef in the cafeteria suggested it since I was #notimpressed with the offerings yesterday. Tomato, onion, mushroom, red bell pepper, jalapeno and a veggie burger patty grilled and then diced along with lettuce, cheese and hot sauce inside a whole wheat tortilla, very delicious:) Oh and I also got a sticky toffee cookie.

My breakfast, tradition in Germany every Sunday. For some people every morning, but I rather sleep 15 minutes longer.

First time I visited Germany staying near Bitburg (I think it was called Deer Park Hof...not sure)

The mornings were awesome at the hotel with the morning bread, cheese, cold cut ham and coffee...
Very memorable watching the fog with the deer grazing on the grass below the deck outside.
Almost magical...heck it was magical!

I'll probably never see Europe again

I'm really glad you enjoyed your staying in Germany. Obviously you had a great time, and you know what I mean by German breakfast.
For the Europe trip, well never say never. My grandad visited USA for the first time at an age of 81. So you never know what's around the corner.

Tanks Iki!

Cheered me up to think about Touring\Working in Germany and Europe...
Much better than scanning all the crying-whining rhetoric about Windows phones.

The crying and whining makes me thirsty and hungry tho...teeheehee...:winktongue:

Beer or ice cream...hmmm...choices-choices too many choices...

If you shop around, you'll be able to find two round trip tickets and a hotel for week for around $3K for you and your wife.

That's not bad!

Some years ago I cashed my Delta miles in for a first class round trip from Toronto to Paris and sold the ticket thru a broker.
(risky I know...it worked out however)
The flight was around 4800 USD I made 2K on it.

I was flying so much back then I wasted a lot of miles on 1st class seats when I could get them.
Goes without saying the eats and drinks were kind of worth it...
