Preparing For Tomorrow - Local deli had chicken breast on sale for $1.98 per pound. I bought 4 pounds. Cut them up into chicken tenderloins. Top photo, marinating 2 pounds in olive oil and herbes de provence. Bottom photo, marinating 2 pounds in olive oil, pepper and garlic.

Tabasco junkie here...
I use green on me eggs quite a bit and dump it in my taco meat.

Back in my days there was only the regular Tabasco....now there's the green one, one with garlic, Chipotle and the Habanero. *pullingmypantsuptomynipples*complainingaboutthekidsonmylawn*

Yep, there was good leaf on it. I didn't really notice until I was about to eat it. Well I'm assuming it's gold leaf.

Breakfast.

Today was a different type of baguette. For those who don't know that, there are different ones. We also added croissants. Warm ones at that!

Nothing beats a fresh warm croissant!

Sunday Breakfast - Flour tortillas coated with laughing cow French onion cheese. Then I added saut?ed vidalia onion, green pepper, green olives and topped it with Tabasco green sauce. Magnifique!

I like green Tabasco as well. These days I prefer Cholula and Tuong Ot Sriracha sauces as well.

I've been to a baguette place near Montmartre as well that was pretty good, this was beginning of 2008.

Sunday Dinner - Homemade hash brown cooked with vidalia onion and topped with Frank's original hot sauce.

We celebrated friend's birthday at this unlimited barbecue place. Unlimited rice and pineapple juice too.

Looks Great but what on Earth are those squiggley things on a stick?:grin:
