Should I buy it?

I'm thinking about buying Monster DNA or an iPod touch 5th generation what's should I do? I like them both the same, But have to pick one. I'm into music to. My phone is a l521

They are good according to reviews, but I wouldn't spend this much money on headphones ever. Unless you are going to be listening to FLAC, you most probably won't notice the difference between these and <100$ headphones. If you have money to burn, sure, buy them why not, but I wouldn't. And quite frankly, they are quite ugly.
iPod touch is also quite useless since you have a smartphone, and iPod touch does everything as L521 does, except makes calls. In this case I'd rather sell the 521 and buy 925 or 1320 or something.

If you can't make a decision, do the following: if you can find both products in the same store, put them one next to another, and next to them the 200$ in CASH (not card). You can only have one. Which one would you choose?
