Looking at the TV show podcast this week about Dr Who, I thought I'd ask you all who your first and favourite Doctor was / is and why you like the show (or not).
I personally started watching the show during the second season of the 11th Doctor, AKA Matt Smith, so he was my first. He is also by far my favourite doctor, the range of emotions he displays, the witty humour, the elasticity of his active body, for me embody what the Doctor should be like. David Tennant wasn't so bad either, but for me it has to be Matt Smith. I like the show because it teaches about friendship, and love, and loyalty and loss and life and the meaning of being human. Being a kids show, it is pretty clean too, so you can enjoy the actual without having random sex scenes.
I confess to have only seen the new series (still young!!) so maybe you prefer one of the older doctors.
