Well my PC be able to fun GTA5 or should I upgrade

I have low spec custom built PC and I am a high school student with little money to spend on upgrades .Here are my specs
Asus GTX 650 1GB
Intel i3,Hasswell 3.6 ghz
4gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz
750GB HHD 7200rpm
Windows 8.1 Enterprise
Would it be worth upgrade from a 650 to a 750 or 750ti.I would like to run GTA5 in 1080p with decent textures is possible .

Keep what you have for now....the system requirements haven't been published yet. Worst case is that you wait for newer and/or cheaper video cards and get a new one right when it comes out.

That should work fine. Just wait and try it out, if it doesn't work out for you that's the time you should get a new video card.
