Does anyone use both an Android and WP device?

I was wondering whether I am the only one who has a primary smartphone with Android and a secondary Windows Phone one? Share your thoughts.

My go to phone is my 1520, but I also use a Sony Z Ultra when I need a few apps not found on WP. I'm currently selling the Z on eBay though.

I use my old Nexus S with cyanmod for IRC on wifi at home. There is no IRC app on WP that stays active in the background.
And sometimes to try an app

I have a Nokia Lumia 521 as my primary phone, a Samsung Galaxy Player 4.2 as a media player, and a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 for note taking & reading (books & music.) Looking forward to upgrading to a Lumia 1020 successor as my primary phone.

Sony Z3 as primary and a Lumia 930 as my secondary device. I like them both. Battery life isn't up to snuff for me with the 930 and that's why it is the secondary device.

Technically, I own a N7 (2013) + Z3 for my Android needs and a 930 and a Asus T100 for the Windows side.

You're selling the Z Ultra? I'm shocked! Lol. I sold mine too, but to a dear friend whom will take good care of it and I'll get to see it. Such a wonderful phone...that S800 processor is a gas guzzler though...

I really, really don't want to sell it, but PayPal credit is a gigantic pain in the....well, anyway. lol I love that phone. If Sony made a Z Ultra Windows Phone, I'd be happily in debt to PayPal.
True about the battery, but I still love that phone. I'm pretty sure I'll have withdrawal symptoms.

Use a 820 as my main phone on one line and I use a Moto G LTE on a second line. 820 is my main phone, but I use the Moto a lot also. I have a 635 as my backup, but for now only on WiFi as I have had no problems with either of my main phones. I also use two Kindle Fires, a 7" HD and a 9" HDX.

I love it too. I was tempted to find a GPE model to use as an upgrade to my N7, but they are incredibly hard to find...

I use a Nexus 6 as my primary device, and also a 920 along side it. I've had the Nexus 6 for about a month now, and it's my first phablet. Now the 920 seems so small! I prefer Android over WP, but I like them both.

No you are definitely not alone. I use a Nexus 6 as my current main device, but that was after spending a year moving up the ranks from a 520 to a 820 then finally to a 1520.


Just had a craving to get a newer Android device. Thankfully with my websites, I get to try out pretty much all the new devices available on AT&T and Verizon for weeks at a time to get a feel for everything.


Actually working towards getting an iPhone 6 or 6+ if I can find a good deal on one.

I had an iPhone 4S for about 2 weeks last year. Get at least an iPhone 5, preferably a 5C or 5S as the iPhone 4 or 4S was a terrible experience for me.

Thankfully I got back what I paid for it, which was not much overall.
