Good evening, ladies and gentlemans; i do have a question about upgrading..or better say DOWNgrading my mobile device.

What is your opinion, should i get rid of my 735 and get 1520, even if 1520 is much older..yes, it's ,,flagship" but still..is 't new supose to be better?

Ps. Spec, size doesen't matter, obviously 1520 is better in all (most) aspects, but old vs new?

I think you're putting too much value on age compared to the rest.

If you don't mind paying, upgrading to the 1520 is a fine choice. Things age more slowly here.

,,Things age more slowly here" and get cheaper too, so price is not so big problem. I found new sim unlock 1520 around 300-380e and new 735 is around 230-250e here..so with little bit saving and selling 735 for atleast 200e i can get upgrade very easy..just like i said before, older or newer, that's the mind puzzle.

What people who demand a new flagship every year don't realize is that the technology has gotten to the point that there isn't a significant enough increase in performance of the technology in one to two years time in order to make a new flagship worth it. Bragging rights is just about all you get, and for people who have enough sense to balance budget/performance, those bragging rights might get you laughed at (or even a wedgie) in many circles.

The 1520 would be a nice upgrade from the 735, actually.

The 1520 is an amazing phone. While there are now faster Snapdragon 8xx series chips, the original Snapdragon 800 in the 1520 is still a very fast high end processor. Not to mention you have other high end features, like the PureView 20 MP over-sampling camera, the nice (and BIG) 1080P screen, a lot of on-board storage with the option to expand to more with an SD card.

A phone is a lot more than specs on the page, and the 1520 is a great example of that.
