I've been a little less active on these forums because I've been building out my very own Micro-Brewery these past 12 months. Basically, all our money went to our equipment and me and my partner have done a huge bulk of the project. Since we are about 95% done with the taproom I wanna show you guys some pics...

So without any further ado:

If you are in Los Angeles, we should be open by the end of this month. If you want to support us please visit Indiegogo and pitch in a few bucks. We can really really really use it right about now...

Wow! Very impressive. Thanks for sharing. Are you planning on keeping things local, bottling and selling in stores, shipping to Arkansas?? Ha ha
Best of luck to you. By the way, the tap system you built is really cool looking. Great work.

@muneshyne well well done mate! Impressive! If you are willing and able to produce tonnes of quantity why not try the Caribbean? Lol....we love beer here....

Thanks guys. Unfortunately, our humble little brewery probably wont be able to serve anything past California for now. If we do reach Arkansas or the Caribbean, you'll be the first to know

I drink primarily craft, mostly I choose what's local to me. When I travel I like to try the local craft as well.

Don't have any near plans for LA but I do have San Fran on the map next year.... maybe it will make it out there :)

But wow, huge investment, wishing you the best!

The space looks great! I have a small brewery about 10 minutes from my house. I love the vibe of microbreweries. If I'm ever in LA, I'll be sure to stop in.

Too bad you were not local here in CT, I would be all over that... :)

Looks good and good luck ! Running a business takes a lot out of you, no question but, it's worth it...

WOW, 3 months running a brewery and I'm exhausted!!! Things are great and running my taproom is fun but a lot of work. Here's some pics...WP_20151109_19_22_56_Pro.jpg6tag-18291866-1133867821271166524_18291866.jpgWP_20151017_19_37_55_Pro.jpgWP_20160111_17_07_26_Rich.jpg6tag-430314764-1133668400917804520_430314764.jpg

So far we have 6 beers on tap and I just started hitting up local bars to feature our beer. Kegs are our biggest bottleneck now. Support your local brewery! The smaller ones especially. I'm positive they are busting their behinds to make good beer and make a living at the same time...

920Walker sorry for the late reply but we currently are trying to get our tap filled. Right now most of them are California style "Aled" lagers. The most well know of this style is the Steam Beer (A.K.A. California Common) We took this very uncommon fermenting style and applied it to various popular Lager styles like: Schwarzbier, Amber Lager, IPL, Pale Lager & California Common. We also have a Belgian Dubbel almost ready for kegging in a few days.

The taproom is looking great! I like lagers. Not many breweries here in the Boston area making lagers. Wishing you a prosperous first full year.
