I know all cell phones are below the maximum SAR rating required in their country, but I was wondering if anyone ever has concerns about whether radiation from their phone is doing damage to them. I've given it a little research and considerable thought, but I'm still haven't come to a definite conclusion. I know there are people that have been using and carrying cell phones on their bodies (pockets, and some women I've seen pull them from their shirts because they are stuffed in their bras) and there doesn't seem to be any confirming research that they are causing damage. Also, from what I can tell the companies issue the SAR ratings which seems open to manipulation (like car companies that were caught cheating on emission standards). What do you think?

I've seen a few users on here freak out about it in the past.
Kind of a tin-foil hat type thing I think.

For myself I don't give SAR a second thought anymore...

I should probably worry more than I do but I forget and my phone preferences are way too picky as they are.

    +1

Same. If I had to consider this too, I don't know what phones I would have to buy.
