I've been running ProTools12 for a couple of years and recently upgraded my PC to Windows 10. This caused a couple of issues with PT which I have now resolved.
However... it meant reinstalling PT and I had to go back to PT11. I'm now trying to 'upgrade' back to PT12 but I keep getting the following message when I try and install it:
'Error 2753. The file 'protoolsusersetup.exe' is not marked for installation'
All drivers are up to date and I've downloaded the Ilok License Manager.
Anybody got any ideas on how to fix it?
