How to contact Microsoft about Onedrive Bing credit problem?

I did the recent 100GB Onedrive for 100 credits promo on 2/26...order says "complete" but my Onedrive account still says 10GB total...how do I get this resolved?

They should have sent an email to your Microsoft account that your Bing rewards is using. In the email will be a link you will have to click with the code attached to it. Should have received it within about 30 minutes of redeeming it. MSFT does say it could take up to 24 hours.

Thanks. Yeah I looked for that but never got an email...that is now 5 days ago...
