What you store on OneDrive that is your business considering that you are over 18 years of age.

With technology moving in such a rapid pace I believed porn was available now a days in real time. And storing porn videos was a thing of the past. Lol

But I'm storing it on the Cloud. That's the future.

That TOS applies to Shared content.

We don't really have any interest in what's in your private files. The only exception here is where we've stated what we have a zero tolerance policy for child exploitation and we proactively scan for content uploaded to SkyDrive using technology called PhotoDNA (PhotoDNA Newsroom). You can read more about this technology and what it's used for at Microsoft as well as at Facebook and now Google to detect these images and catch criminals.

However, when you share your private files on the web, we do have an interest in making sure that the content you are sharing is not offensive in nature to the public at large. So we have mechanisms for people to "Report Abuse" in which case we'll review the content and ensure it's not offensive. We also have algorithms that attempt to detect "nude" shared content and disable sharing providing customers with a mechanism to contest that action. This is akin to "virus scanning" in that it's heuristic and therefore not perfect.

But, the stated terms you quoted above from the ToS really applies to "Shared" content and not private content stored in your SkyDrive. Our view here really stems from the fact that we view SkyDrive as your hard drive in the cloud, and we believe it's important to behave that way (with the exceptions called out above).
omarshahine comments on I am Omar Shahine and Mona Akmal with the SkyDrive team, to talk about recent updates. Ask me anything.

What ever dude. The cloud and all these live video apps are a thing of the past. I use to have cyber sex with a cam camera back in the year 2000.

Get a hold of yourself. Storing porn on OneDrive will get you banned. Besides the future of porn is beyond storing videos on the cloud. The world wide web already accomplished that.

Good try but you better go back to the lab and iinnovate.

Wow. You're taking this really seriously. Porn will not get you banned from One Drive.

You seem to believe that this is ok, based upon the Reddit comments. The Code of Conduct on Microsoft's site states the opposite. You may do what you wish, but do not be surprised if your Microsoft Account gets banned. We've warned you.
