I have five devices that I can access my OneDrive from.
A Nokia 1520, laptop, Surface Pro, Xbox One and a desktop PC. OK the Xbox One is a bit different, but the desktop is the one that isn't playing with the others.

I have just tidied up my OneDrive files using my laptop, I deleted a couple of test files I moved some files from one folder to another, deleted a couple of folders, the laptop, Surface and phone all see the changes, but my desktop is still showing the files and folders as before the clean up. Even though it says all files are up to date.

The desktop was the first device I had with my account on it and the only other difference that I can think of is it doesn't have Office on it. I have shut down and restarted the desktop since the clean up of OneDrive, still showing up as before.

It isn't important at all as the desktop is rarely used, it's hooked up to my telly with no keyboard, it's main use is for Windows Media Center to play my stored music through our telly and Hi-Fi system and act as a file server (Not really needed any more as we use OneDrive now we have 1TB of storage) and to be honest it would almost be redundant completely if the Xbox One could deal with local music (I use the desktop to rip CD's I have bought and it acts as our central store so me and the wife can choose the music we want on our other devices).

So it's not vital the desktop isn't up to date, just annoying.

I've found that it takes a while for Onedrive to sync up with other devices when stuff is deleted from them. Example, I've uploaded something from my phone to Onedrive and it took it a while to appear on my desktop - and vice-versa.

I am wondering if the folder in question (I moved files from it and then deleted the folder using my laptop to do the tidy up), was actually created in OneDrive using the desktop when I was first testing out the system before I got the other devices. In other words does that give the desktop some precedence/hold over that folder?

If not as I said it's not that important.

Just been looking around OneDrive on the desktop and other devices.

On the other devices all is well, all photos show up, but on the desktop it says some of them are corrupted, it really looks like something is wrong with OneDrive on this PC.

Could it be the lack of Office although it does show I have 1TB of storage and it is showing the latest pictures from my phones camera roll.

Beat thing is to uninstall the desktop version then install it again. Bit annoying but it should update it

Just had a look at that option, but it doesn't appear along with unpin from start etc.

Got to get ready for work, will have a play with this tomorrow, it's either because of how I put the folder there in the first place (Probably from the desktop before I got the other devices).

What I don't wont to end up doing is just deleting the folder on the desktop version of OneDrive only to find it somehow mucks up the files that now reside in a different folder on OneDrive as shown on all my other devices.

At least in my job (Riding a motorbike) I can forget about this for a few hours ;-)
