I was trying to test the FETCH files from onedrive.com and noticed I had multiple entries under PCS. like "DenPC", "DenPC-1", SurfacePro3, SurfacePro3-1. So I clicked them all and was presented with an error that said fetching of files was not available. I clicked remove PC for all of them.

(These are all Windows 10 Pro machines) I checked the onedrive tray icon settings and unchecked, and then rechecked the box for "Let me use OneDrive to fetch any of my files on this PC". got no confirmation or error from either machine when doing that. I then noticed that OneDrive on my SP3 looked a little different that the one on my PC. The client on my SP3 is 17.3.6201.1019, the one on my PC is 17.3.5951.0827. This latter version has the Choose Folders tab where as the SP3 version has chose folders under the Account tab.

Needless to say, onedrive.com still does not allow me to fetch files.
