How can I create a One Drive where I can see everything but individuals can only see their uploads?

How can I create a One Drive where i can see everything but individuals can only see their uploads?

I want to create a mass photography project where I give out a theme and ask individuals to upload their images into a cache i can then access, i want to be able to see everyone's uploads and be able to download them but i don't want the individuals to be able to see what others are uploading. As that will ruin the project. Also, it's an open project so I won't know all the individuals taking part, therefore I want the page to be public but the actual uploads to be private.
I've been told one drive is the best method but I don't know how to make this possible? do i need to create a special account or group or can i use my own account?
