How's life after free onedrive storage dropped?

Even if they didn't announce they would delete it after a year, I think you'd be foolish to leave anything important on there anyway if it's no longer part of your active storage. At least not as your only backup anyway. Microsoft can, and does, change their policy as we've seen.

I have unlimited storage on my google drive since it's a university account - so I have storage on both platforms for double backup :smile:

I ended up getting a Mega account and used multcloud to migrate my Data from Onedrive so I should be fine for the time being

I don't know about paid options.

It hasn't affected me at all, since I've had an Office365 subscription for over 4 years.
