Hello community friends!

Looking for some advice on a project I am working. Her is what I am trying to do:

I will be using a cloud based application that needs to access files that will be stored on one drive. In order for this cloud based application to access the files, it needs a URL that points to the folder / documents directory on drive. Is it possible setup one drive in such a way that I can generate some sort of URL that will point to the folders / files being stored there? for example something like

Public facing URL - documents.onedrive

Sub folders and files - /foldername1/foldername2/document

Go to your OneDrive on the web (https://onedrive.live.com/), right-click the folder you want to use, and go to Details. Click Manage Access, go to Share, and enable sharing (view only or allow edit). Now you'll have an option to copy the URL link and you can also view it via Manage Access. Your Public folder should already be set up so maybe try with it to see if works.
