    I have a laptop on Windows 10, version 10.0.18363

    For some reason, One Drive is not visible on Windows explorer but if I use Microsoft Excel or Word, I can browse into the files on One Drive, either personal or business.

    Is there a way to fix it?

    There is no OneDrive.exe running in Task Manager. I even uninstall and re-install it.

    Resetting this registry did the trick. OneDrive icon is now re-appearing and working.

    reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive /v DisableFileSyncNGSC /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
