OneDrive Online Excel Hyperlink work here but not there

I tested adding a hyperlink by creating a new workbook with only a few cells. I directly typed in =hyperlink(Sheet2!B12) in one cell of Sheet1 of the same workbook. The cell in Sheet1 shows the result of B12 on Sheet2. SUCCESS!

NONETHELESS, when I tried apply the same method to the existing workbook that contains more data and cells, it's NOT working in my actual existing workbook at all!

Please help!
