How is performance since the update?

Since my memory is not the best, i thought the screen brightness was disabled from the setting menu (slider) if you had it in auto mode. That now works in auto, so i assume it's better. I thought it was a bit of a stretch for a complaint anyway.

The slider did work in auto mode before. I can't really tell much of a difference, I think it just made the screen slightly brighter in the middle and bright settings on the slider...

I had mine on auto the whole time and I frequently noticed that the screen was kind of dim. Since installing the update the auto brightness seems to work much better. I think they just upped some of the brightness settings, but I never have a problem with dimness anymore.
