Micro USB OTG To Load Music On A iPad?

Not sure is there a specific kind of OTG I need to buy to load music and other media in a iPad?

Also will that cord power the iPad while connected to Dell venue 8 pro? Thanks

Just get an OTG cable, its a standard for a reason

The Venue will provide power, but likely not enough. If I were to guess, it'd probably just slow down discharging.
