I've kind of had this issue since day one on my VP, but I wanted to see if anyone else was continuing to have it in Win10/8.1...
When I let the machine go to sleep, it drops the Wi-Fi connection like it should. When I power it back up, I get the "bars with red asterisk" on the start screen before I unlock. Once I do unlock it, it goes to the same icon in the corner and the connection is gone from the settings menu. I used to be able to just "disable/enable" the connection in Device Manager, but that hasn't been working as of late. The only fix is to do a full reboot, which is about 80% effective.
Again, been an issue on both DVPs (one running 10TP and one running 8.1) that we have in the house, so I'm thinking it might be a software issue with the driver or something. Anyone else have this issue and were you able to get it fixed?
