I know how to delete the browser history only but is there a way to delete cookies only?

Unfortunately, I don't see one. It's possible that if you turn cookies off, give it a reboot, and then turn them back on, it may clear them out. If you test it, let me know if that works!

If you look at the note below "delete history" button it actually tells you what is deleted, and cookies are included.

Partially, not all websites lost login info. BofA still had all of my sign in's but WPCentral forgot. Still messing with it.
