Wireless Sync Connects But No Sync

Hi everyone,

I have had the wife and kids on Windows Phone since December last year and they love them. I just got myself one since my contract expired and have been using Zune software forever on my personal pc and syncing wirelessly with my Zune for a couple of years.

Now what is happening with the phone is that it does connect and you can see the Zune software launch on my XP desktop and then when I click on the phone icon it says syncing but the value never goes above 0%. It stayed like that all night. Also when I look at the music hub on the phone I see the Zune constellation with the message syncing?

Now the strange thing is that on my family's PC they are having no issues with wireless sync. I don't share with the family so I was wondering if anyone may have some ideas here.

Try removing all sync'd content and re-adding it.

So far, I haven't heard of anyone being able to wireless sync using XP. Of course I could be wrong.
I Windows 7 on my older laptop, and I haven't been able to perform a wireless sync.
I wish I could help...
