"Me" Tile Picture??

Anyone been able to upload a picture to their "me" tile? I can't get it to work for the life of me. Keeps saying "try again" or "try later" but has never worked.

I have an HTC Trophy with Verizon...

My 'Me' tile just displays my current Facebook profile pic.

If I change my Facebook profile picture, my 'Me' tile also changes to reflect this.

Can't remember what it shows if you don't use facebook, I think it may be your Windows Live profile picture.

I'm sure someone will pop in and remind me.

I just tried to change it via the phone and it worked fine for me. Not sure what your problem could be.

Oh dear jalb, can you not re pin it from the people hub / all screen ?

Clicking your profile piccy and using the pin icon at the bottom ?

It's not in the app list for anyone. Just like the previous poster pointed out, go into the people hub, find yourself, tap it, then pin to start. You'll have your ME hub back.

I think if you go to people and long press your picture and can re pin it.

yep, it uses the Live profile pic (or at least mine does).

Tile Picture

I just had something strange happen...

I have my husband set up in my people hub twice, once for Windows Live, and once for Facebook, and I have them linked together.

For the longest time it was showing his profile pic from facebook. Now today, it just switched over and started showing his profile pic from Windows Live.

I have no idea why this changed - is there any way to control which profile pic is used?

Well, I'm not sure why it changed, but I did figure out how to change the profile pic that is displayed...

- I opened up the contact
- clicked on the pencil to edit it
- tapped on the picture
- it then showed me both options (facebook pic, and windows live pic)
- I tapped on the picture I wanted to see
- tapped on the checkmark
- clicked on save for the contact
