Wp7 apps/games installation problem

Hello

when i install an application/game from zune it shows "your app will be installed soon" and "apps will appear in your phone's apps list......" messages,but i can't find them ,how can i fix it??

the problem is only with apps/games,i can transfer music,pic......

Apps will appear in your apps list. Games won't. So if you're installing a game, look inside the XBOX LIVE tile. Some fun apps are classified as games.

Also, if the app or game is over 20mb, then you'll either need to download it through WiFi or through Zune.

Almost none of the apps/games I purchase through the Zune desktop app automatically load. So after a purchase (paid or otherwise) I go fetch the app with Marketplace on my phone. Around 200 now, and counting

how can you access marketplace on the phone when it's connected to the computer?mine says "to view content ,disconnect your phone from the computer"?
