Custom Themes

Just did the upgrade to Mango on my unlocked LG C900 and i wanted to know if it was possible to get custom themes on my phone or WP7 in general.

I came across this on my search and it's everything i want but i don't know how to get or do it.

Is there an updated Root kit or walk through that any of you know of that i could possibly use to accomplish such a feat?.

It IS possible to customize accent colours and background colours. Tools such as the accent colour changers and Advanced Configuration Tool can do the former, and you can change the hex codes of the black/white themes in the registry.

To do so i would need developer tools, was not really interested to become a developer just for this but i will if i afto because i really love WP7 (Can't wait for 8) and i want these features.

Can you point me in the right direction please and thanks.
