My wife and I were in the store today and my battery died. When we finished and got in the truck I plugged it in. The little red light didn't come on and nothing happened. When I got home I plugged it in with the wall charger. Let it charge for a while but it never showed it was charging. I took it to the Verizon store and it was a bad battery. They swapped it out and I'm back in business! I know they would have replaced the phone under warranty but it's nice to not have to set up a phone again.
