His position has always been temporary, so im not surprised to see him go. I believe MS is smart enough to get another high level guy to fill his shoes.

Yeah. While he's been great, I was always waiting for him to leave. Since his twitter profile described himself as "on loan to Microsoft", it was only a matter of time.

I expect him to do some great things with Amazon, and then leave there after a few short years. The guy seems like the type that is always looking for the next challenge.

too many changes happening i don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing :confused:
but im sure there is a lot of smart people inside Microsoft capable to fill his place and do better
