Strange settings on the phone

Following on from my previous tread. I do have some strange settings on the phone that nobody else has. These are TestSuite, zbig boss settings, zCompass, zGesture bester, zSensorView & zStart KITL. As far as I know these are use for network operators to test the phone. Am I right? and is this potentially a problem? should I return the phone?

I have zServiceTools on my US Cellular HTC 7 Pro; I didn't have it on the Verizon HTC Trophy I returned last week. Haven't tried launching it.

If you are contemplating returning the phone, you could just hard reset it / restore to factory settings before doing that...and see if they disappear.

If you are contemplating returning the phone, you could just hard reset it / restore to factory settings before doing that...and see if they disappear.

They do not disappear when I do a factory reset.
