Is something wrong with Twitter services outside the US?

The problem I'm facing is that, no twitter app seems to work now on my phone. It all started last week monday with the official twitter app. They all give me twitter authorization error. Went to the site to make some changes but still. Now I think it's a general problem coz all my friends with Windows Phones are experiencing the same thing and we have no solution or clue about what's happening. The only way to see your twitter feeds is in the people hub which is too limited. No twitter app works. Contacted twitter but they are not aware of any situation. All apps that require twitter authorization are not working and I'm now frustrated. Can it be a geolocation services in my region?

this is wierd it was working fine for so long and now out of blue i am getting this error.

Infact none of Twitter client apps are working.
