Is marketing stepping up?

While randomly browsing the web I stumbled across an add that was pretty well done I thought. It was a banner at the bottom of the page but because it's dynamic I can't think of any way to link it except to link to the website that gets mentioned. It seems to load up there often. It's blue and says Explore the Phone and appears to be just promoting windows phone not Nokia or AT&T.

So post whatever new ads or marketing material you've seen I guess, stuff to e-mail/link around to people to get them interested.
