Well I carry two phones on T-Mo: My HTC HD7 and my HTC Amaze 4G. Yesterday the Amaze was updated to ICS. An update many of us have been waiting for, for months!
The Amaze still has a much faster processor than my HD7, front facing camera, full featured messaging app, amazing 8MP camera, 16GB onboard memory plus my 32GB MicroSD card, amazing sound quality for music, umpteen other features, and lastly, the Amaze still sucks as an user experience because ultimately the OS is still Android and the user experience isn't anything approaching Amazing as had been promised by Google for Ice Cream Sandwich. So, my Amaze is still an amazing waste of my $500.
...If only I could put WP7 on instead of being forced to run Android.
