Hi Michael... how did you create your Home Screen? I want to do something similar, I have my Wallpaper loaded, but when I shrink my tiles and rearrange them like you have, my screen is black/blank where there's no tile! I'm running Win8.1.

Hey :) I am using Windows 10 mobile. In Windows phone 8.1 you cannot set an Image as Background. Sorry :-/
You might join the Insider preview of w10 mobile. The previews are very stable already.

I cannot place the tiles where i want. How to do this. I am using windows 10.0.14390.0 in my 1520. I also want to make my screen like a new like yours.

my guess is a couple blank tiles under each other to make the lower row stay in place
