I couldnt find this info aleady posted sorry if it is.

I was hoping to compile a list of areas where ' Voice-to-Text ' can be used.

The maps app directions Voice-to-Text not enabled is a bit of a disapointment. I imagined the Nokia Maps intertgration was going to use the same Maps app as wp7 just with the Nokia data and imaging. Am I missing something?

I can't believe I haven't read on her about voice-to-text for the email now. That's awesome. And in another thread, I read the you can text more than one sentence by just clicking the microphone icon again. It's getting better.

Voice Commands are also applicable per the developers. Any developer can tap into the voice system and voice program their apps. I'm assuming this also works with voice-to-text as the third party Twitter apps are utilizing this feature to tweet hands free from the lock screen - it's pretty cool, as Gleek is looking like the first to hit the market. If you check out Hey DJ! they have this for playing music - I know it isn't text - but it gives you an idea.
