Group MMS on ATT & WP8

I just moved from Sprint to ATT and purchased 5 (yellow still pending) Nokia 920s.

On Sprint using my WP7 Arrive I could create a Group up to 20 people and text or email in 1 shot.

Using the 920, I am limited to only 10 in a group.

Is this a WP8 Feature or ATT?

at&t feature.

My fam and friends use GroupMe. You don't have to have a smartphone to use it, but the smartphone apps are really good. You can use apps with iPhone, WP, Android, and BB. It's A++.

Really, its ATT. That's plain Stupid then.... Starting to think of going back to Sprint. I have 5 Days to make up my mind. hmmmmmmmmmm

I've never tried that many, but I know it sends it as an mms. You have the group messaging option on???

I have it off and can send to many users, more than 10. Just tried. I think if the feature is on and is sent as mms, it limits you to 10?

This is a Feature of WP that was a selling point for me. I coach 2 High Schools and 1 Club Soccer team. I have these groups set up so I can communicate faster with my boys. I personally am not a fan of Apps, when I has the ability out of the box.

I have used some Apps before, but just did not like them.

Be glad you can do THAT. Verizon has removed group messaging completely from their Windows 8 phones.
