I need some information about winphone8:

1 is there any antivirus for windowsphone8 ?

2 is there a watchdog for internet traffic control ? (download/upload)

I don't believe there's antivirus apps for WP at all. When my best friend got her 710 early this year, she looked for one but it turned out to be nothing more than basically info on antivirus programs (which is pretty lame, by the way). I can't respond to your second question, but maybe someone else can.

You won't find them as up to this point Windows Phone doesn't get viruses. Second question, I'd say no, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
