Well, here is an interesting question: What will the most supported aspect ratio for WP8 - 15:9 or 16:9?
For reference, most Nokia WP8 phones are 15:9. All the other brands are 16:9.
The difference is that the 16:9 phones currently have small black bars on the side when running many third-party apps which are mostly 15:9 currently as that was WP7's aspect - as well as the aspect of the popular Nokia phones.
However, if 16:9 becomes the standard going forward, the tables could turn and you could see 15:9 phones with black bars on top/bottom when running 16:9 apps.
The bars are much preferable to stretching, but the question remains - is the WP8 standard going to be 15:9, 16:9 - or simply both? Thoughts?
