how to change the location for the store

im trying to buy a app from the store however it got the currency as uk when it should be New Zealand dollars. if try and setup payment meth for RT it says my country is UK. my Microsoft account is setup as NZ as my lumia 920 works fine

At the start menu, search for location. change the search to "settings" and select "change location".

Change it to New Zealand and.. voila!
