Recurring events on wrong date?

Hey
So my father told me that his recurring events from last year always show a day late this year. At first I brushed it off, but apparently it is true after, going through all of his appointments. He has a windows live account on his phone, but he does not really use it, and he does not sync the phone with the PC. So anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
It's running WP 7.5

I had a similar issue where recurring events were a day earlier, but it seemed to resolve itself. Very weird, could be a sync issue with the calendar?

I had that & couldnt find a fix, i now enter them all manually
