Error 86000C34 on exchange account synching

Has anyone run into this error before?

If I remove and add the account on my phone the error goes away temporarily.

I lose the ability to sync emails for hours at a time when this error occurs, doesn't always happen but I don't know I have an issue until I look at the sync state of the account. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I should take, or is there a way to determine what the actual error code means, I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

Thanks for the advice. I was having the same problem. I had deleted Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System voice mails on my phone and then the the error began. Once I deleted the emails with the .wav files from my outlook account on my primary computer, my windows 8 phone synched immediately.
