Remote Wipe

I don't even own a WP8 device yet, so this isn't one of those panic moments. But in general, can you remote wipe a Windows Phone if it becomes lost or stolen? Has anyone done this? Is it easy?

On https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/my/find there is an "erase" option. I've never needed to use it (and I have a WP7.8, not 8), but I suppose its as easy as logging in and clicking erase (and I doubt MS removed remote wipe from WP8. thatd make no sense). Though I think "Find my phone" features need to be on in settings.

Yes and you can also find your phone on the map. All you have to do is go to windowsphone.com, and sign in with your Microsoft account. Say you lose your phone in your house, you can press find my phone and makes your phone make a funny sound until you find it.
