Drafts not syncing

When I save a draft in Outlook.com on my computer, I am not able to view it or access it on my phone (Lumia 920). It seems like the phone doesn't see it. I do a manual sync but it doesn't show up. Anyone else with this problem?

Is like this in WP7. Sad it hasn't been fixed.

For that matter, I can't sync more than a month of email (Hotmail) on my WP regardless of how far back I select it to sync.

I have the same phone and the same problem...about ready to switch to Apple/Android.
