Prediction Text

When writing text (SMS) I see the prediction text available. Is there a way to turn this off?

WHY DO YOU HATE INNOVATION?!?!

Settings > Keyboard > click on your language/keyboard choice > uncheck Suggest Text

unfortunately when you do that you also lose "highlight misspelled words" and "correct misspelled words"

I don't hate innovation. I do like it by the way. The only irritation with the "Suggest Text" is, that it is annoying me because my language of typing every day is not supported. Thanks for the advice.
